Yes, we operate rain or shine. Our equipment is rated for outdoor use in all weather conditions. In cases of severe weather emergencies (hurricanes, ice storms), we may delay service for safety but will keep you informed.

Simply submit a request through our contact form. We dispatch a mobile charging unit to your exact location. Our technician connects the charger to your EV and monitors the session. Once complete, you pay and drive away.

Will mobile charging damage my EV battery?

Absolutely not. Our EVroadHERO units deliver clean Level 2 power with less than 3% total harmonic distortion (THD) via a pure sine wave inverter. This is the same quality of power your EV receives from any standard charging station.

Can I schedule a charging session in advance?

Is there a minimum charge level required on my battery?

No minimum is required. We can charge your EV whether it is completely dead (0%) or just needs a top-up. Our equipment handles all charge states safely.

Do you charge Tesla vehicles?

Yes! Our units include both a standard J1772 connector and a Tesla adapter, so we can charge all Tesla models as well as every other EV on the market.
